We are on the look out for a talented Digital Content Editor

You are likely to be a media and communications graduate with at least one year's industry experience. 

Main objective of the role

  • A key member of the marketing communications and media team

  • To create, design and build digital campaigns

  • To raise the profile of our clients’ brands as well as our own

 

Overview of the role

As Digital Content Editor, you will support the Account Directors in three areas:

  1. Work with our creative and content teams to create and design engaging digital campaigns

  2. Manage and lead on writing, editing and publishing visual and written content for key clients

  3. Research, plan, manage and publish media activity on a weekly basis

You will have the following key skills:

  • A self-starter with vision and an eye for 'what good looks like'

  • Have strong English language skills ability

  • Ability to create, edit and publish videos and animations

  • Excellent communication skills for working closely with our clients

You will have:

  • a passion about the latest marketing techniques both digital and traditional

  • a knowledge of the latest techniques and algorithms across the different social media platforms

  • a general thirst for knowledge and a keen interest in new platforms and channels

  • build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with client-side senior managers and maintain frequent contact with any other third-party agencies used by each customer

  • first class quality standards with a drive to get it right first time

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Account Directors to lead on and create engaging campaigns for our B2B and B2C clients.

  • To lead the design and content team when putting together strategic campaigns.

  • Create media content from scratch but also have the ability to edit and optimise content within the communications team.

  • Create, edit and publish video content as well as animations.

  • Create strategies that optimise SEO for our clients and our own brands.

  • Submit regular reports to the Account Director which highlight continuous improvement for campaigns.
