Already a successful and well-respected brand in the market, PinnacleESP embarked upon a five-year growth strategy. 

 

Working closely with the executive Board we prepared sector and network plans as well as coaching and mentoring the senior team on sales pipeline planning.

Over a period of 18 months, the project involved:

 

Sector and Network Planning: Preparation and monitoring of sector and network plans. Working closely with the Board we focussed our strategy on building on their success as a well-respected mechanical and electrical consultant in the Education, Health and Residential sectors. We also worked with the team to open up new opportunities in a new market – commercial development.

Together we introduced a Client Relationship Management and Contact Management system for lead generation and sales pipeline over a 12 month period.

 

Building Networks and Sales Pipelines: We worked with PinnacleESP to further develop their strong network of business contacts by supporting them at events such as CIH Brighton and MIPIM. Monthly business development and sales pipeline meetings were held to track success and continue to build the new business opportunities.

 

Raising Profile: One of the first projects we worked on was enhancing their visual identity and brand expression. We worked closely with their in-house website development lead directing on style and content. We also created newly designed case studies and marketing collateral.

 

Workshops and Masterclasses: We worked with the senior management team to mentor and support at networking events as well as undertaking tender interview rehearsals to enhance presentation skills for the tender interview team.
